The EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL produced by Mezzaria farm is obtained by cold pressing of the olives within 24 hours of harvesting to preserve and maintain all the beneficial elements present in the olives. Olives processing is carefully monitored to ensure the best quality of the product for consumers. The olives are carefully selected before cold pressing, which takes place only through mechanical procedures.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BLEND SELECTION
Extravirgin olive oil (EVO) "Blend Selection" produced by Mezzaria farm is made with olives harvested in the plots of Fasano, Ceglie Messapica and San Michele Salentino, small towns located in the province of Brindisi in the Apulia region.
The olives of the "Blend Selection" come mainly from ancient and millennial olive trees, recognized as Apulian treasures. The "Blend Selection" extravirgin olive oil is the result of a careful selection of the best olives from the company plots.

The EVO oil "Single cultivar selection" of the Mezzaria farm is produced thanks to the selection of olives, all of Apulian origin, belonging to the Ogliarola, Coratina, Picholine and Leccino varieties. The result of these processes is an extra virgin olive oil 100% made in Puglia of excellent quality.
